Step1: Install the w2 Total Cache wordpress plugin in to your website.
Step2: Login in to your Max cdn a/c and click on zones and after that click on Pull Zone and after that click on create pull zone button on right hand side
Step 3: After that fill zone name and server url(site url) and click on create button
Step 4: Log into your WordPress Admin Panel. Scroll down to the “performance” link on the left-hand sidebar and select “general settings.”
Step5: Scroll down to the page cache box. Check the box to enable page caching and then make sure that “Disk: Enhanced” is the selected method.
